RHP Samuel Cozart No. 1 Player in Class of 2025
The No. 1 ranked player in the Class of 2025 according to Perfect Game is right-handed pitcher Samuel Cozart from High Point, NC.
Attending Wesleyan Christian Academy, Cozart also plays travel baseball with the South Charlotte Panthers where he has impressed. The 6’7 right-hander is already touching 91 mph with his fastball, while also having a solid slider and changeup.
The Perfect Game 13U Pitcher of the Year, Cozart is already committed to Mississippi State, and is impressing early-on. While it is early for the Class of 2025, Cozart has already set himself up as the top pitcher, but also arguably the top overall player as well.
