Canes National 17U Wins Perfect Game WWBA Underclass World Championship

WWBA Underclass World Championship

Canes National 17U defeated the South Charlotte Panthers 2023 6-1 last week to win the Perfect Game WWBA Underclass World Championship.

In what was their second underclass world title in the last three years, Canes National got a strong start on the mound from right-hander Jonah Conradt allowing one run across five innings. Departing after the fifth, right-hander Aiden Teel entered for Canes National to close the game with two scoreless innings.

A big reason for the 6-1 victory was also a big fourth inning from Canes National offensively, partly due to a bases-loaded sac-fly from Cole Eaton, as well as a two-RBI single from Colby Wallace.
