Wheeler Guard Colben Landrew Among Top 10 Performers in 2026 Georgia High School Boys Basketball Playoffs

Here are our top 10 performers from recent action in the 2026 Georgia high school boys basketball state playoffs.

Wheeler guard Colben Landrew, a senior, scored 22 points, including three late 3-pointers, and came up with several key defensive plays to lead the Wildcats to a 56-50 win over McEachern in the Class 6A GHSA boys basketball semifinals. Wheeler is headed back to the Class 6A state championship game.

Cross Creek junior Frashad Tisby led his team in scoring with 22 points while reaching a milestone 1,000th career point in the Razorbacks’ 78-59 win in the Class 3A GHSA boys basketball semifinals.

Holy Innocents’ sophomore Jaden McCullough scored 19 points, grabbed seven rebounds, dished out five assists, and had three steals in the Private GHSA boys basketball semifinals to lead the Golden Bears to a 63-47 win over Walker School.

Rabun County forward Hayes Free, a senior, scored 29 points and added four rebounds and one block to lead his team to a win over Fannin County in the GHSA boys basketball Class 1A-Divison I Elite Eight.

Fannin County junior Keaton Watkins scored 22 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to go along with a steal and two blocked shots in his team’s Sweet 16 matchup against Thomasville.

St. Pius guard Harris Reynolds, a senior, makes our list for a second straight week for his performance in the GHSA Class 4A boys basketball semifinals with 33 points, eight rebounds, two assists, two steals, and seven blocked shots in St. Pius’ 79-63 win over Jonesboro.

Harlem guard AJ Williams, a junior, made eight field goals on his way to a game-high 25 points to lead the Bulldogs to a 63-50 win over the Douglass Astros in the GHSA Class 3A boys basketball semifinals.

Pace Academy guard Gavin “OG” Fountain, a junior, led the Knights to back-to-back wins. He scored 15 points and five rebounds against Southwest DeKalb in the Elite Eight, and then scored 23 points, grabbed 12 rebounds, and had four assists against Cambridge in the Final Four to lead Pace back to the GHSA Class 4A state finals.

Butler junior Lajerry Wright led his team with 17 points, including three 3-pointers, in the Bulldogs’ 50-41 win over KIPP Atlanta in the GHSA Class 2A state semifinals.

Woodward Academy shooting guard Myles Hayes, a sophomore, scored 17 points, including the game-winning 3-pointer with six seconds left, to give Woodward Academy a 62-61 victory over previously undefeated Gainesville in the GHSA Class 5A boys basketball state semifinals.
