“Under the Stadium Lights” Now Streaming on Google Play and Prime Video
In 2009, Abilene High (Texas) went 15-0 en route to the Class 5A state title for its first state crown since 1956. The Eagles bested two-time defending champ Katy by a score of 28-17 in the final. Now, that 2009 team will be immortalized forever through the power of film. As of June 4, “Under the Stadium Lights” is now streaming on Google Play and Prime Video. Starring Laurence Fishburne and Eddie George among others, the film chronicles the team and its quest for victory.
