UGA Keeps 4 of Top 10 2022 Football Recruits in Georgia

UGA has received commitments from four of the state’s top 10 football recruits from the Class of 2022, ensuring that they will stay in the state once they move on to the collegiate level.

The list includes the No. 1 dual-threat quarterback in the country, Gunner Stockton, who threw for over 3,000 yards and rushed for over 1,500 yards last season. Stockton had offers from most of the top college programs in the country, including Alabama, Florida, and LSU to name a few, but ultimately decided to remain in his home state to further his academic and athletic career.

This marks another great recruiting class for the Dawgs, and Georgia remains one of the best states to find elite high school prospects.
