- Houston County versus Thomas County Central is the most anticipated game since Milton versus Buford in Week 1.
- Lowndes is the No. 1 team in Class 6A based on the latest GHSA power ranking.
- The Halloween matchups across the state are going to be wicked fun.
- It’s great to see winning football return to Griffin.
- No one’s laughing at my McEachern versus Hillgrove score prediction now.
- Camden County is now the ninth-best team in Class 6A, according to the current GHSA PSR formula.
- Speaking of Class 6A, does anyone really have a chance to beat Grayson or Buford? Just asking.
- What happened to the 2025 Irwin County Indians?
- It looks like head coach Tucker Pruitt has got Appling County back on track.
- I’m nominating Jasper County’s Ashley Henderson for Coach of the Year.
- I told you: Watch out for Troup County, McEachern, and Cambridge.
- Oh, don’t count out Lee County or Coffee just yet.
- Is it just me, or does Creekside have more 70-0 games than anyone?
- Valwood versus Deerfield-Windsor last week was the best game you didn’t hear about.
- The 2025 Winnersville Classic is going to be epic.
- I’m still undecided on the 2026-2027 postseason ranking formula.
- Nobody has better high school football than the state of Georgia.

- Crisp County might make some noise in the playoffs.
- Who will survive in Region 2 in Class 1A-Division I? Dublin, Dodge County, and Northeast are all tied at the top.
