Braves Seek to Improve on Last Season

Terry Parker has hasn’t had much productivity on the football field for the past few years. They haven’t had a season above .500 since 2008.

That being said, a new era could be just around the corner for Terry Parker football. This offseason, Terry Parker hired Marcus Milled to fill their head coach position. When asked about his move from Englewood, Miller had good things to say. “It just kind of hit home,” he said. “It was a good spot. I felt like it’s a good fit for me. There’s a ton of athletes in this area. I can’t wait to get over there and get started.”

In his time at Englewood he brought the program to their best record in over a decade. This could be exactly what the Braves need to get back to the days of winning.

Although the Braves have lost a good portion of their talented starters, a new coach and a new mentality could bring them at least a few wins in the 2017 season.

Hopefully Miller can do what he did at Englewood and at least turn the program at Terry Parker in the right direction. The Braves certainly aren’t short on athletic talent, so although this season will be a rebuilding year, we can expect a lot from this program.
