Here are our top 10 performers from Week 3 of the 2026 Georgia high school baseball season.
Collins Hill first baseman and pitcher Hunter Lee, a junior, went 4-for-8 at the plate over a three-game series against Discovery, which included a triple, three doubles, two walks, and three RBIs. On the mound, Lee pitched four innings, allowed no runs and one hit, and struck out three to help his Eagles win all three games.
Worth County pitcher Avery Kilcrease had a strong outing against Baconton, pitching a seven-inning complete game shutout with no runs allowed on just three hits, one walk, and 14 strikeouts in the Rams’ 1-0 win. Kilcrease drove in the Rams’ only run while going 2-for-3 with one RBI.
Houston County senior Isaiah Galason batted .583 with an on-base percentage of .667 while hitting two doubles and stealing five bases in the Bears’ two-game series with LaGrange and Northridge, Alabama, in the LaGrange Invitational.
Houston County senior Ethan Kenney pitched a seven-inning complete game for the Bears in the LaGrange Invitational. Kinney allowed one earned run, two hits, and no walks in their win over the host LaGrange Grangers.
Seminole County pitcher Brennen McGowen, a junior, pitched five innings against Southwest Georgia STEM Charter, throwing 53 pitches and allowing no runs, no hits, and no walks while striking out 12 in the win.
Lowndes pitcher Brinson Rountree, a junior, pitched five innings of one-hit baseball to lead the Vikings to a 10-4 win over Thomas County Central on Feb. 26.
Lowndes catcher Hank Drew, a sophomore, led the Vikings at the plate in the 10-4 win over Thomas County Central, going 3-for-4 with a home run and four RBIs.
Fitzgerald pitcher Brodie Singletary, a junior, pitched 5.1 innings in relief against Coffee, allowing just three hits and no earned runs while striking out 11 batters against the Trojans.
Georgia Christian eighth-grader Bentley Hughes has led the varsity Generals to a 3-0 start to the season with four hits, including two RBIs, giving him a GIAA top-10 batting average of .667.
Pope right-handed pitcher and infielder Henry Bauer, a sophomore, led the Greyhounds in consecutive wins over Sequoyah by going 3-for-5 at the plate in the two games combined. Baur had a home run and two RBIs in their 6-2 win, then went 1-for-3 in their 18-3 Game 2 win.
