Which of These 4-seeds Will Go Farther in the 5A Softball Playoffs?
While upsets are certainly not uncommon in high school softball, 4-seeds upsetting region champions are a little more rare. Jackson County and Wayne County were the only two 4-seeds to win in the first round of this year’s 5A playoffs. They both won in dominating fashion, outscoring their opponents 50-8. Will their success last into the deeper playoff rounds? And if so, which of these two sleeper teams will make it farther?
