A New Season Means a Fresh Slate

The Cardinals enter the upcoming season with a clear mind after a 2-8 season last year under head coach Travis Markoski. The team lost the first eight games of the season and they finished strong with wins in their final two against Merritt Island Christian and their biggest win margin of 35-6 against a central Florida school in Lake Mary Prep.

The team looks to start faster and get early wins this upcoming season. Their first three games are keys to the pace of their team’s success the rest of the season. They start off the season home against Christ’s Church Academy on September 15. They then have two road games on September 22 and September 29 against Brandford and St. Edward’s.

The team looks to change their losing seasons into winning ones as they have a fresh slate like everyone else in 2017.
