2025 National High School Football Rankings: Santa Margarita falls in latest update

Coming off a week that was headlined by one ranked game featuring two teams ranked in our Top 25 rankings, let’s take a look at this week’s update as to whom our top national teams across high school football.

This week’s update sees some movement in the middle-to-late part of the Top 25, as well as no new teams enter the rankings.

California’s Santa Margarita is the lone team to fall, as a result of the Eagles 27-14 loss to No. 1 St. John Bosco. Programs such as DeMatha and Carrollton jumped the Eagles following the loss.
