Wildcats Have No Plans to Fall Short

The 5A Baker County Wildcats are no strangers to winning. The team has had an overwhelmingly successful 2016 season, with nine wins and two losses. The 2015 season brought in new head coach Jamie Rodgers. The Wildcats made it to the 2016 Florida High School Football Playoffs, falling short in the regional semi-finals with a loss to Clay High School. Baker County will be losing senior running back Seth Paige this upcoming 2017 season, Paige accepted an offer from the East Carolina Pirates.

The Wildcats have had a winning record over their rival, the Bradford Tornadoes, since their 2016 season and have no plans of falling short this upcoming 2017 season. Coach Rodgers will be returning this upcoming season, and the team plays at Clay High School for a chance at redemption for the 2016 regional semi-finals.
