The Southern Junior Rodeo Association is an organization that allows students ages 5-18 to compete in rodeo related events. SJRA is primarily based in South Georgia and North Florida. It gives the youth a chance to express themselves in one of the most traditional southern sports. Crissy Staley, SJRA secretary, described the event as a perfect opportunity to present another realm of competition for the youth.
