The 200 medley relay is an event in swimming where a swimmer gets to race with three teammates. Four swimmers comprise a team, each with the expertise in either backstroke, butterfly, breaststroke, or freestyle. This event brings so much energy to the pool, and since each swimmer only swims 50 meters, it is an all-out sprint.
This year Crystal River produced the fastest time with a relay team of four sophomores. these four young men have another two years to dominate high school swimming and then potentially compete at the college level.
