For the first time this year, our national high school basketball rankings receive an update. Let’s take a look at the latest Top 25, which sees a new No. 1 team atop the list.

Rising to the top of the national Top 25 is Missouri’s Link Academy, who, as of Tuesday, Jan. 6, are currently undefeated at 13-0 overall. The Lions jump one spot over New Hampshire’s Brewster Academy, who previously began the season at No. 1.
Also on the rise in this week’s update were many other teams, most notably AZ Compass Prep up to No. 11. Three new teams also entered the Top 25 this week, headlined by Texas’ Seven Lakes at No. 22.
