Jonesboro and Chapel Hill Basketball Teams Pull Off Upsets

Jonesboro and Chapel Hill basketball were not ready to end their seasons so soon. The Cardinals and Panthers pulled off two shocking upsets to keep their seasons alive for a few more days. Both 4-seed teams defeated region champions (1-seeds) in the first round of the GHSA basketball state playoffs.

Jonesboro beat Harris County 48-43, and Chapel Hill beat Calhoun 56-36.

Neither team will have an easy task in the second round, as Jonesboro will travel to Dutchtown and Chapel Hill will play at Lithonia. Can these underdogs stay in the playoffs by pulling off a few more key upsets?
