GHSA Class 5A Elite 8 Preseason Predictions
We make our predictions for which teams could end up in the GHSA Class 5A Elite 8. Blessed Trinity and Ware County could make for one of the best 5A matchups of the year. Blessed Trinity, in its first year without coach Tim McFarlin, has a star-studded backfield in quarterback JC French and running back Justice Haynes. Ware County features Thomas Castellanos, who is quickly rising among the ranks of great quarterbacks in Georgia. The Titans lean more heavily on the running game, while Ware County relies on pass. So, this matchup of styles could lead to one of the most interesting games of the 2021 playoffs.
