Video Production Internship

ITG Next is looking to fill the position of Video Production Intern. This person will work with our video department to help produce high quality video for various broadcasts and on digital platforms. This position is an unpaid internship and is based in Valdosta, GA.

The ideal candidate has good filming and editing skills and is organized, detail oriented, and creative. Primary duties as a Video Production Intern include filming and editing high school sports games; filming and editing individual interviews; and running the camera, audio, and/or switch board for two live broadcasts every week (under staff supervision).

Requirements:

Dedicate 12-15 hours per week, both in and out of studio
Be familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Be familiar with Canon Rebel Series or provide own camera
Be familiar with three-point lighting setup for interviews
Provide own transportation and have a valid driver's license
Provide own laptop with access to Adobe Creative Cloud
Be creative

Sales & Marketing Internship

ITG Next is looking for someone to fill the role of Sales & Marketing Intern. This person will assist our Account Executive in maintaining existing client relationships and promoting our brand and services via traditional and digital marketing strategies. This position is unpaid and is based in Valdosta, GA.

The ideal candidate has strong written, verbal, and organizational skills; is detail oriented; is enthusiastic about sales and marketing; and is a people person.

Requirements:

Dedicate 12-15 hours in office per week
Complete assigned tasks on a weekly basis
Provide own transportation to office
Provide own laptop with access to Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Be creative

Photography Internship

ITG Next is looking for someone to fill the role of Photography Intern. This person will take photos to accompany written content published online and in our print magazines. This position is unpaid and is based in Valdosta, GA.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented and has a good understanding of photography. Primary duties as a Photography Intern include scheduling and completing photo shoots for assigned stories, lightly editing photos (if needed), and submitting photos by assigned deadlines.

Requirements:

Dedicate 10-12 hours per week, both in and out of office
Be familiar with Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom
Be familiar with Canon Rebel Series or provide own camera
Provide own transportation and valid driver's license
Provide own laptop with access to Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom
Be creative

Sports Journalism Internship

ITG Next is looking for someone to fill the role of Sports Journalism Intern. This person will produce written content for our website, weekly newsletters, and bi-monthly magazines. This position is unpaid and is based in Valdosta, GA.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has strong writing skills, and is knowledgeable about high school sports, primarily in Georgia, Florida, and/or Alabama. Primary duties as a Sports Journalism Intern include pitching content ideas, writing, editing content for grammar and AP style, and meeting strict deadlines.

Be familiar with AP style
Provide own transportation to office
Provide own laptop with access to Microsoft Word or Google Docs
