Week 5 of the 2024 Florida high school football season has now officially come and gone. Taking a look back at this past week’s action, here are some of Florida’s most impressive performances from a loaded Week 5 slate.
Brady Hart, Quarterback – Cocoa Tigers
Despite throwing an interception, Brady Hart had likely his best performance of the season in a 54-51 loss to Venice. The four-star Michigan commit completed 27-of-38 passes for a season-high 527 yards and four touchdowns, and he rushed for 15 yards on two attempts.
Jayvan Boggs, Wide Receiver – Cocoa Tigers
Jayvan Boggs, a four-star UCF commit, had 10 receptions for a season-high 253 yards and three touchdowns in Cocoa’s 54-51 loss to Venice.
Michael McClenton, Linebacker – Ocoee Knights
The state’s top tackler had 22 tackles, six tackles for loss, and two sacks in a 35-31 win over Boone. Michael McClenton also had six kickoffs for 191 yards, had five punts for 220 yards, and returned a kickoff for 10 yards.
Dia Bell, Quarterback – American Heritage Patriots
Dia Bell, the state’ top 2026 prospect, completed 17-of-21 passes for 280 yards and three touchdowns in American Heritage’s 35-32 loss against Miami Central. The five-star Texas commit also rushed for 50 yards and a touchdown on 12 attempts.
Ronnell Dubose, Running Back – Jefferson Dragons
Ronnell Dubose rushed for 216 yards and three touchdowns on 21 attempts in Jefferson’s 45-21 win over Freedom.
Terrell Brant, Wide Receiver – Zarephath Academy Eagles
Terrell Brant had eight receptions for 219 yards and two touchdowns in Zarephath Academy’s 42-39 win over Lafayette. The senior also had two tackles defensively and returned two kickoffs for 87 yards.
Arthur Lewis IV, Running Back – Bartram Trail Bears
Arthur Lewis IV rushed for 179 yards and three touchdowns on nine attempts and caught a pass for 5 yards in Bartram Trail’s 45-7 victory over Orange Park.
Amari Clemons, Running Back – Marianna Bulldogs
Amari Clemons rushed for 119 yards and three touchdowns on 15 attempts in Marianna’s 49-36 win over W.S. Neal (Alabama). The junior also had two receptions for 29 yards and a touchdown, and he returned a kickoff for 75 yards.
Fabbianho Louis Jeune, Athlete – Marathon Dolphins
Fabbianho Louis Jeune, a senior, did a bit of everything in Marathon’s 48-38 win over Palm Glades Prep Academy, rushing for 182 yards and two touchdowns on 15 attempts and completing a pass for 31 yards and a score. Jeune also had a reception for 25 yards and made a tackle defensively with a QB hurry.
Noah Sidan, Kicker – Chaminade-Madonna Lions
Noah Sidan was a perfect 6-for-6 on extra point attempts and made his lone field goal attempt from 28 yards out in Chaminade-Madonna’s 45-20 win over Norland.
