Bruce Thornton, Milton Basketball Star and Ohio State Commit
Milton High School basketball standout Bruce Thornton committed to Ohio State University late last year, picking the Buckeyes over Alabama, Auburn, Georgia and a long list of other top Division 1 programs.
Thornton is the No.1 basketball prospect in the state of Georgia for the 2022 class. Among his many accomplishments, he has earned first-team junior All-American honors by MaxPreps and won a state title for Milton last season.
While Milton is his primary school and team, Thornton has also made a name for himself with the E1T1(Each One Teach One) travel ball circuit, where some of the NBA’s brightest stars got their start.
