2025 Alabama High School Football Rankings: 7A team emerges entering playoffs

The final week of the 2025 Alabama high school football regular season has now officially passed, which means that it is time for playoff action in the Yellowhammer State. Before we get there though, let’s take a look at the latest Top 25 rankings entering the playoffs, which includes one new team emerging following the regular season’s final week.

The lone notable change in this week’s update is the emergence of Class 7A’s Baker, who now sit at No. 25 following a 21-12 upset win over previously ranked Vigor last weekend. Baker is currently 8-2 overall entering the playoffs, and own a resume that includes wins over the likes of Mary G. Montgomery and Theodore.
