Class 7A
Class 7A undoubtedly provides the most intriguing 2023 Alabama regional semifinal games, with three taking place between Top-10 teams in our 4A-7A rankings. Each of those games is a rematch, with Central-Phenix City, Hewitt-Trussville, and Thompson winning their respective contests in the regular season.
