2022 Florida High School Football Pick 6: Week 3 Predictions

Miami Northwestern vs. Chaminade-Madonna

The biggest game on our list of Florida high school football predictions this week is Miami Northwestern taking on Chaminade-Madonna in a matchup featuring two of the top teams in Classes 2M and 1M. In what should be a high-scoring contest between two elite offenses, Miami Northwestern is certainly capable of taking the win, but it’s hard to pick against the Lions at the moment, especially after their 49-28 win over Dillard last week.

Prediction: Miami Northwestern 30, Chaminade-Madonna 42

Miami Columbus vs. Jesuit

Jesuit already owns wins over Wharton and Treasure Coast, but the schedule doesn’t get any easier for the defending 6A state champion in Week 3 as the Tigers face Miami Columbus. This meeting of undefeated teams from Classes 4M and 3M is headlined by two talented running backs in Sedrick Irvin Jr and Joquez Smith.

Prediction: Miami Columbus 24, Jesuit 28

St. Thomas Aquinas vs. Cocoa

Arguably the No. 1 overall team in the entire state, St. Thomas Aquinas will face its toughest in-state challenge this Friday night as the undefeated Raiders host Cocoa. The Tigers have played only one game so far, a 29-19 loss to Jones, but they have a talented roster featuring names such as Cedrick Hawkins, Blade Boda, and Ric’Darious Farmer.

Prediction: St. Thomas Aquinas 45, Cocoa 21

Cardinal Gibbons vs. Gulliver Prep

Cardinal Gibbons and Gulliver Prep met once a year ago in the playoffs, with the Chiefs taking the contest 36-33 on their way to a 4A state title. Both the Chiefs and Raiders are again among the best in Class 2M this season, and this game could very easily play out in a similar way to that matchup a year ago.

Prediction: Cardinal Gibbons 35, Gulliver Prep 24

West Orange vs. Edgewater

In this battle of unbeatens, 4M’s West Orange hosts 3M’s Edgewater in what could end up being one of the best matchups on this list of Florida high school football Pick 6 predictions. The Warriors are coming off a thrilling 14-6 win over Apopka a week ago, while Edgewater topped Don Bosco Prep (NJ) 34-10.

Prediction: West Orange 17, Edgewater 28

Miami Central vs. Booker T. Washington

In what will be their first game since upsetting IMG Academy on the road, Miami Central returns home to host Booker T. Washington in a Class 2M matchup. Another battle of unbeatens, this one will feature an impressive Booker T. Washington offense facing off against a Rockets defense led by star defensive lineman Rueben Bain.

Prediction: Miami Central 38, Booker T. Washington 14
