2021-22 Alabama High School Basketball State Champions

The 2021-22 Alabama high school basketball season has now officially come to a close, with 20 teams in all (boys and girls) winning state championships over the past couple of weeks. 

Looking at the boys state champions, 7A champion Enterprise headlines the group after a thrilling 66-64 win over James Clemens, while Lee-Huntsville, Cullman, and Covenant Christian also picked up close wins. Teams such as Jacksonville, Plainview, and Section cruised to wins, while the AISA state champions were decided a few weeks ago. 

On the girls side, Hoover, Hazel Green Deshler, Pisgah, and Marion County won state titles, while Guntersville picked up a 40-37 win over Lee-Huntsville in the 5A state title game. Prattville Christian claimed the 3A title with a close 72-69 win over Susan Moore, while the AISA state champions as mentioned previously were decided a few weeks back.
