With the latest issue of the FBI discovering college basketball players receiving benefits for signing with a university, the long-lasting question of players being able to make a jump from high school to the NBA has been raised once again. Moses Malone was the first player to be drafted in the NBA fresh out of high school. The rule was outlawed after the 2005 draft.
