When taking a look at the returning talent across the country for the 2022 season, there are few states that stick out more than California. A state rich with talent, the 2022 California high school football season however will be highlighted by one position in particular – quarterback.
There are countless highly-rated quarterbacks within the state that will be returning next season, highlighted by rising seniors Malachi Nelson (Los Alamitos), Nicholaus Iamaleava (Warren), and Jaden Rashada (Pittsburg), as well as rising juniors Julian Sayin (Carlsbad) and Elijah Brown (Mater Dei).
