Week 11 – Best TD Celebrations

  1. Quenton Nelson – RG – Indianapolis Colts

On Sunday, All-Pro second-year guard Quenton Nelson got his first goal line carry of his career. He plummeted in to the endzone, and he had a celebration for the ages. Any time we see a big dude score a touchdown, go ahead and get excited because the celebration never fails. Although the play was ultimately ruled short of the goal line, we still got to see the creativity that we love as fans. Nelson got up on his teammate’s shoulders, and was held upside down imitating the college ritual of a keg stand. It doesn’t get any better than that.

    2. Mark Ingram – RB – Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens are good, and they’re having fun with it. Mark Ingram caught two of Lamar Jackson’s four passing touchdowns. On his first touchdown, he made a guy miss, and he slid right into the end zone and struck a pose for the cameras. Smoother than silk, Mr. Ingram.

    3. Ezekiel Elliot – RB – Dallas Cowboys

Elliot scores a lot of touchdowns, so after a while it gets hard to keep coming up with celebrations. Sunday, he had something fresh for us. Recently, Elliot’s teammate Dak Prescott had been getting grilled about his pregame warmup that looks more like a salsa dance than anything. When Elliot rumbled to pay dirt, he took advantage of the opportunity to poke fun at his counterpart. Elliot popped up and did his best Prescott impression, much to the fans’ delight.
