Here are our Top 10 performers from Week 3 of the 2025 Georgia high school football season.
Top Offensive Performances
Deerfield-Windsor quarterback Lane Sceals completed 18 of 29 pass attempts for 255 yards and four touchdowns to lead the defending state champion Knights to a 33-7 victory over Westfield.
Grayson quarterback Deuce Smith, starting his first game in place of injured starter Travis Burgess, led Grayson on a 99-yard scoring drive, then again on a 71-yard scoring drive in the final quarter to lead Grayson to a come-from-behind win over Thompson, Alabama, 24-23. Smith completed 20 of 33 passes for 236 yards and one touchdown.
Roswell quarterback Trey Smith rushed for three touchdowns along with 113 yards rushing. He also completed 16 of 22 pass attempts for 203 yards to lead the Hornets to a 30-28 win over Walton.
Tift County running back Kamari Holloman rushed 32 times for 194 yards and four touchdowns versus Lee County last week. He also broke 27 tackles in the game.
Creekside quarterback Cayden Benson had a five-touchdown game versus DeSoto, Texas, in a 70-28 win Saturday night at Creekside. Benson threw four touchdown passes and had one rushing touchdown to lead the Seminoles. He ended up with 237 yards passing against DeSoto.
Top Defensive Performances
Grayson cornerback Demari Clemons had five tackles, one forced fumble, one interception, and had one pass broken up to lead the Rams’ defense in the team’s 24-23 overtime win.
Top Special Teams Performances
Roswell kicker Balint Vorosmarty kicked three field goals against Walton Friday night, including the game-winner, a 26-yard kick on the game’s final play for a 30-28 Roswell road win. He also put each of his kickoffs into the end zone for touchbacks versus the Raiders.
Berrien kicker Connor Bullard kicked the winning field goal from 26 yards away to give Berrien a 39-36 win over Telfair County. Bullard was also 2 for 2 on both extra-point attempts.
Lowndes kicker Aiden Andrews kicked a 42-yard field goal, was 2 for 2 on both extra-point attempts, and all six of his kickoffs reached the end zone for six touchbacks in the Vikings’ win over Central Gwinnett.
Marist kicker Tyler Baradel kicked a 51-yard field goal, and his three kickoffs were all touchbacks in Marist’s 16-12 win over Woodward Academy.
