Two overtime games on the same night, just miles apart? That’s what we got April 21 in Suwanee, as both North Gwinnett and Collins Hill hosted first-round playoff soccer games. No. 1 seed North Gwinnett trailed in the second half, 2-0, but scored twice in the last 16 minutes to tie it and send the game to overtime, and eventually penalty kicks. The Bulldogs lost off a miss that skimmed over the crossbar. No. 2 seed Collins Hill avoided another Region 8 upset by furiously coming back from 3-1 to tie and win the game 4-3 in extra time.
