Turner County High School’s girls basketball team has found themselves a new head coach. Tia Lewis, who is originally from Worth County, stepped up and took the position in April of last year. Lewis played basketball for Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She finished her collegiate career as the 10th all-time leading scorer and is one of only six players in the history of the program to have grabbed over 1,000 rebounds.
