The Palatka Panthers could have a very good season in store for them in 2017. They have many returning starters on both sides of the ball and a schedule that could easily produce a winning season.
However, they do have a test of mettle in the third week of the season against the ever-dominant Ponte Vedra Sharks.
Head Coach Robert Humphries is confident that his team can be more productive than they were last year. In the 2016 season, the Panthers finished with a record of 4-5 and 2-3 in the district.
With the returning starters and the strength of their schedule, we believe that the Panthers are poised for an excellent season.
