Lakeside Baseball on Hot Streak, Building on Momentum

Lakeside may not thrive at other sports, but baseball seems to be within its comfort zone.

The Vikings have dominated this year with an overall record of 13-2, with their only losses coming to North Cobb Christian and North Atlanta. Since the first loss to NCC, Lakeside has turned on the jets, cruising through a region-heavy schedule.

With 13 games left in the season, the Vikings could very well build on this momentum to potentially shock teams in the playoffs. It would be wise to keep an eye on them as the end of the regular season quickly approaches.
