VALDOSTA, GA – Are you a sports addict? Do you love to talk about Valdosta and Lowndes County sports? If so, Mark Dykes and Monty Long have just the radio show for you, “In the Game: Legend on Sports.”
With over 20 years of combined experience in sports news coverage, one can only expect a premier radio show from In the Game and Monty Long. “In the Game: Legend on Sports” is a sports talk radio show that will be hosted by Monty Long and Mark Dykes beginning on July 7, 2014. The show will run from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. every morning, Monday through Friday, on WVLD 1450 AM.
The show will be covering various aspects of sports in the Valdosta and Lowndes County Community, plus the surrounding area. “In the Game: Legend on Sports” will also highlight national and regional sports including professional and collegiate sports to make sure their listeners are always up-to-date in the world of sports. Another great aspect of the show will be the coverage of youth league sports in the Lowndes County community, plus listeners can call to weigh in on current sports events.
“It’s an all inclusive, local community sports show,” said Dykes, “with our years of experience, we will be able to give accurate information and detail to the community.”
Listeners will be able to listen to the show live on TuneIn Radio, and it will also be archived on ValdostaToday.com and InTheGameMagazine.com.
“It’s important to the community because we are football crazy, sports enthusiasts want to know what is going on,” said Long, “it is a passion of the community, and the more we know the happier we are.”
