Gunner Stockton Breaks Georgia State Record

With a touchdown pass last Friday night, Rabun County (GA) quarterback Gunner Stockton passed current Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson for the most total touchdowns in Georgia high school football history with career score No. 219.

A Georgia commit, Stockton has been a four-year starter at Rabun County where he has accounted for over 11,000+ passing yards in his career, as well as almost 4,000 yards on the ground. The senior also ranks fifth all-time in Georgia high school football history in total passing yards.

Watson’s record of 218 total touchdowns had stood since 2013. Now owned by Stockton, will this record ever be broken again?
