Ware County is the big mover in this week’s 7A-4A Georgia high school football rankings, jumping to No. 9 with their impressive win over a solid Coffee team.
The poll welcomes Brunswick and Calhoun to the Top 25, while Kennesaw Mountain and Blessed Trinity make their exit.
The top of the ranking remained unchanged, as the Top 3 of Collins Hill, Warner Robins, and Buford were off, as was Lee County.
The Marietta loss to unranked North Paulding caught everyone by surprise, but it’s been that kind of season so far: unpredictable.
We have a new No. 1 with Oconee County in this week’s 3A-1A Top 25 Georgia high school football rankings. Cedar Grove is still a top-notch team, but they fall to No. 2. Peach County falls after being upset against Crisp County. The Top 25 welcomes newcomers Haralson County, Thomson, and Ringgold. Hart County, Schley County, and, reluctantly, ELCA, fall out of the poll.
