Once upon a time, Jackson Clough harbored thoughts of quitting football. It’s a good thing he didn’t because the Pierce County Bears wouldn’t be the same without him. Now a senior, Clough is grateful for the words of wisdom that kept him around.
“My uncle, Jonathan Todd, has always pushed me to get better in football and to keep working hard,” Clough said. “In 10th grade, I almost lost interest and thought about not playing. Uncle Jonathan inspired me to keep playing because one day I would regret it.”
