2025 GHSA Competition Cheerleading State Champions: Full List of Georgia High School Winners

The 2025 GHSA competition cheerleading state championships wrapped up Nov. 14-15 at the Macon Centreplex with nine programs capturing state titles across Georgia’s classifications.

North Paulding made history in Class 6A, earning the program’s first-ever state championship with a clean, high-energy routine that separated the Wolfpack from a competitive field. 

In Class 5A, McIntosh continued its dynasty by securing its second straight championship and the 10th state title in school history.

Cartersville repeated as the Class 4A champion, claiming the Hurricanes’ sixth overall title and further solidifying their spot as one of the state’s premier programs. 

Heritage-Catoosa broke through in Class 3A, capturing its first state championship in program history.

Pierce County extended its run of dominance in Class 2A, earning a second consecutive championship and the ninth title in school history. 

Gordon Lee returned to the top of Class 1A-Division I, winning its seventh state championship and first since 2021.

Lake Oconee Academy continued to build its legacy in Class 1A-Division II, taking home back-to-back titles. 

In the Private (1A-3A) classification, Mt. Paran Christian added to one of the most remarkable streaks in Georgia high school sports by winning its 14th consecutive state championship.

Roswell rounded out the winners by capturing its first-ever state title in the coed division, marking a milestone moment for the Hornets program.

The two-day championship event showcased the depth, talent and precision of competitive cheerleading across Georgia. With historic firsts, repeat champions and long-running dynasties, the 2025 season underscored the strength and consistency of programs competing at the GHSA state finals.
