The recruiting curtain will officially close for the Class of 2024 as each of the nation’s top remaining uncommitted prospects are set to put pen to paper during this year’s National Signing Day on Feb. 7. Despite a vast majority of recruits having signed their NLIs back in December during the Early Signing Period, several prominent names across the country have remained uncommitted. Here are five of the biggest Class of 2024 high school football recruits from Florida who will likely be making decisions this week on National signing Day. Zycarl Lewis, WR – Venice
Zycarl Lewis, rated as a three-star prospect out of Venice, is one of the top wide receivers who has yet to officially sign. The Colorado commit amassed 950 yards and 10 touchdowns on 51 receptions during the 2023 season for the Indians.
James Randle, WR – Homestead
A two-way player who helped lead Homestead to the Class 3M state title game in 2023, James Randle is rated as a three-star wide receiver. He had 18 receptions for 295 yards offensively this past fall.
Brayshon Williams, S – Lakeland
Brayshon Williams, a three-star safety out of Lakeland, is Florida high school football’s top defensive back and currently uncommitted entering National Signing Day 2024. Williams helped lead the Dreadnaughts to the Class 4S state title this past season, shining for a defense that allowed only 18.7 PPG to opponents.
