Top 25 Alabama High School Softball Teams: Classes 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A, 7A

The 2024 Alabama high school softball season has now officially come to an end, meaning that our consensus Top 25 rankings now receives its final update of the year.
This update features a new No. 1 team sitting atop the list in Orange Beach, who finishes the season as the Class 4A state champion with a stellar 46-1 overall record.
Following the Makos is Class 7A state champion Hewitt-Trussville at No. 2.
The remaining state champions are Athens (No. 9) in Class 6A, Jasper (No. 8) in Class 5A, Opp (No. 7) in Class 3A, Wicksburg (No. 17) in Class 2A, Skyline (No. 20) in Class 1A, Macon-East (unranked) in AISA Class 3A, Hooper (unranked) in AISA Class 2A, and Lowndes (unranked) in AISA Class 1A.

The latest update of our Alabama high school softball Top 25 rankings sees a new team take over the No. 1 spot, as Class 7A’s Central-Phenix City jumps three spots.
Class 4A’s Orange Beach also jumps three spots to sit right behind the Lady Red Devils at No. 2.
Two new teams enter the Top 25 in Class 4A’s Brooks and Class 3A’s Winfield, who sit at No. 24 and No. 25, respectively.
